Axiom Flux Limited operates this website and is the data controller for the information described below. We are registered in Scotland, company number SC826619, at Abbey Cottage, Balmerino, Newport-on-Tay, Fife DD6 8SB, United Kingdom.

What we collect when you contact us
Our enquiry form asks for your name and email address, which are required, and optionally your telephone number, company name and company website. You choose what to write in the message box.
When you submit the form we also record which page you sent it from, the page you arrived from, the date and time, and your IP address. The IP address exists to evidence your consent and to identify automated submissions.
Submissions are stored in this website’s database and a copy is emailed to us. We use the details only to reply to you and to manage the enquiry through to a conclusion.
Our lawful basis
We rely on consent. You tick a box confirming you agree to be contacted about your enquiry, and we store the exact wording you agreed to alongside the date and time. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and withdrawal does not affect anything we did beforehand.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It sets cookies and collects information including the pages you view, roughly where you are, which device and browser you use, and how you arrived. Google processes this on our behalf and may transfer data outside the United Kingdom under its standard contractual clauses.
You can opt out using Google’s browser add on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Cookies
Cookies on this site fall into two groups. Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics as described above. And functional cookies set by WordPress itself, which apply if you log in to the administration area or leave a comment.
This site sets no advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.
Who else sees your data
Our website is hosted by Cloudways, so enquiry data sits on their infrastructure. Email reaches us through our email provider. Google Analytics processes usage data. Each of these acts as a processor on our instructions.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it.
Send a request through our contact form and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Automated decisions and AI
We score incoming enquiries automatically to identify spam. A submission scoring highly is either discarded or flagged for a person to review. No automated decision is taken about you that produces legal effects, and a human reads every genuine enquiry.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and change the review date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be notified by email.
